Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships from reception to follow-up
- Organize service appointments and repair orders
- Propose additional products and services
- Collaborate with workshop teams
- Handle invoicing and cash collection
- Ensure quality and safety standards
- Promote the brand and services
Profile:
- Background in commerce or automotive mechanics
- Prior experience as a customer advisor preferred
- Strong sales sense and client focus
- Computer literate
- Dynamic, adaptable, attentive, and persuasive
