Program Details:
- 12-month paid apprenticeship with 70% practical experience at concession and 30% theoretical training at VGF Academy
- Certification: RNCP Title "TFP After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles" and operational certification via LEMA+
- Support from a dedicated trainer and a concession tutor
Ideal Candidate:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably automotive, technical, or customer relations background
- Driven or learning to drive
- Organized, rigorous, team player with a passion for customer satisfaction
