Job Description
Role:
The Automotive Technical Advisor evaluates vehicle damages, advises clients and partners on repair methodologies, and recommends technical and economic solutions. The position involves both on-site and remote work, respecting automotive expertise regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and impute damages related to insurance claims
- Analyze faults and damages to provide accurate diagnostics
- Collaborate with experts, estimate vehicle value, and advise on economic repair or replacement
- Manage case files from opening to billing, while adhering to cost and quality standards
- Develop tools to optimize production and reduce management costs
- Foster trust and satisfaction with clients
- Independently manage activities, process evolution, and performance tracking
Required Skills:
- Expertise in automotive repair methodologies and regulations
- Proficient with costing tools and common IT software (including video communication)
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders
