As part of our Technical Support department, you will provide expert assistance to our clients and distributors. Following comprehensive training at our headquarters in Colmar, you will independently manage diagnostic tool support on-site at Colmar (Haut-Rhin) or Craponne (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hotline calls
- Diagnose and resolve issues
- Assist clients using OE manufacturer platforms (Remote access)
Profile:
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proactive consulting approach
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Basic IT knowledge
- Minimum BAC technician-level education in auto maintenance
