Role Responsibilities:
- Set and monitor objectives
- Support after-sales management
- Lead teams: assign tasks, participate in recruitment, remuneration, training plans, career progress, and mentoring apprentices
- Monitor activity: data collection, dashboard updates, corrective actions
- Manage annual budget
- Organize mechanical and body shop operations
- Oversee warranties, claims, and dispute resolution
- Manage parts store and all after-sales administrative activities
- Drive revenue and profitability growth
