What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between customer and workshop
- Monitor case files and contribute to service quality

Your profile:
- Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical, or client relations
- Driving license or in progress
