What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and analyze their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between clients and workshop
- Ensure follow-up and quality service
Program Highlights:
- 12-month apprenticeship with 70% practical training in a dealership and 30% at VGF Academy
- Certification with RNCP Title and Volkswagen Group France operational certification

Candidate Profile:
- Hold a Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma ideally in automobile, technical or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
- Organized, rigorous, team player with excellent customer relations skills
