Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) - Apprenticeship Training
Are you passionate about customer service, enjoy interacting with clients, and love the automotive world? As an After-Sales Customer Advisor, you will be the crucial link between the workshop and clients, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Join the Volkswagen Group France Academy's paid apprenticeship program "Automotive Expert Technician" across our brands including Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi.
Your role:
- Welcome customers and analyze their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between clients and workshop
- Track dossiers and maintain high service quality
Training: 12 months alternating between dealership (70%) and VGF Academy school (30%). The program leads to a certified professional title (RNCP) "TFP After-Sales Light Vehicle Receptionist," fully funded and paid.
Support: Experienced trainer and dealership tutor guide your progress.
Profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, or customer relations
- Driving license or in process
- Organized, rigorous, team player with excellent customer relations skills.
