Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive world? Become an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor and be the key link between workshop and clients, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between client and workshop
- Follow up on cases and maintain service quality
Program details:
- 12 months alternating between 70% hands-on concession experience and 30% training at VGF Academy
- Certified by RNCP "TFP After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles"
- Fully paid and supported, with expert mentors
We're looking for:
- Candidates with Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diplomas, preferably in automotive, technical, or client relations fields
- Driving license holders or learners
- Organized, rigorous team players passionate about client satisfaction
