Join Volkswagen Group France Academy as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor in a paid apprenticeship program!
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This is your chance to work with top brands like Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi. You will be the vital link between the workshop and clients, ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and understand their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between clients and workshop
- Follow up on customer dossiers to guarantee quality service
Training details: 12 months alternating between dealership (70%) and VGF Academy (30%), culminating in a certified professional title with operational certification via LEMA+.
Who we seek:
- Holders of Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diplomas, preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Driving license holders or in progress
- Organized, rigorous, team players with a passion for customer satisfaction
