Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This role places you at the heart of customer satisfaction and after-sales excellence, acting as the trusted link between the workshop and clients. Over 12 months, gain hands-on experience in a dealership with 70% practical work and 30% training at VGF Academy.
What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and understand their after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between workshop and clients
- Ensure quality service follow-up

Requirements:
- Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical or customer relations field
- Driving license or in progress
