Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between customers and workshop
- Follow up on cases maintaining service quality
Who We're Looking For:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical or customer relations
- Driving license holder or in the process of obtaining it
- Organized, rigorous, team player with a passion for client relations
