What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical works and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between customers and the workshop
- Follow up on cases to guarantee service excellence
The Program: 12-month apprenticeship combining 70% hands-on experience in one of our dealerships and 30% classroom learning. Earn a professional title recognized across the network, supported by expert mentors.
Who We're Looking For:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac or BTS, ideally in automotive, technical, or client relations
- Driver's license or in progress
- Organized, rigorous, team player with excellent customer interaction skills
