Join Volkswagen Group France Academy as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) in an exciting paid apprenticeship!
Are you passionate about service, customer contact, and the world of automobiles? This role positions you at the heart of the relationship between the workshop and customers, ensuring top-quality service and satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and analyzing their after-sales needs
- Organizing vehicle intake and return
- Explaining technical interventions and preparing quotes
- Coordinating communication between the customer and the workshop
- Following up on cases and ensuring excellent service quality
This 12-month apprenticeship includes 70% hands-on experience at a dealership and 30% training with VGF Academy. Successfully complete a certified RNCP title and receive operational certification via LEMA+ platform recognized across the network.

Ideal Candidate:
- Holder of a CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Driver's license holder or in progress
