Your role will include:
- Welcoming and advising customers on after-sales needs
- Organizing vehicle reception and delivery
- Explaining technical interventions and preparing quotes
- Coordinating communication between clients and the workshop
- Following up to ensure excellent service quality
Profile sought:
- Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive or customer relations
- Driving license (or in progress)
- Good customer relation skills, organized, team player, eager to learn
