Join Us as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (Apprenticeship)
Do you have a passion for customer service and the automotive world? Become the vital link between our workshop and customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. Join one of our brands (Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi) for a paid alternate training program "Automotive Expert Technician" with Volkswagen Group France Academy.
Your Role:
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs.
- Manage vehicle reception and delivery.
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes.
- Coordinate communication between customers and the workshop.
- Track dossiers ensuring quality service.
About the Apprenticeship:
- Duration: 12 months, split 70% in dealership / 30% in training.
- Certification: RNCP Title "TFP After-Sales Receiver Light Vehicles" with Volkswagen Group recognition.
- Support from a dedicated trainer and dealership tutor.
Your Profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS, ideally in automotive, technical, or customer relations.
- Driving license or in progress.
- Adaptable, organized, with a passion for customer relations and team collaboration.
