Join Volkswagen Group France Academy as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) in an exciting paid apprenticeship program!
Become the vital link between the workshop and customers by delivering excellent after-sales service and ensuring client satisfaction. This 12-month program combines 70% hands-on experience at a dealership with 30% classroom training and culminates in an RNCP-certified professional title.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers, assess after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and estimate costs
- Coordinate communications between customers and the workshop
- Follow up on files to ensure quality service
What you bring:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma preferably in automotive, technical, or customer relations field
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork spirit
