Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assess after-sales needs

- Coordinate communications between customer and workshop
- Manage service follow-ups ensuring quality
Candidate profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive or customer relations
- Driving license holder or candidate
- Organized, rigorous, team player with a passion for learning
