Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) - Paid Apprenticeship Program
Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive world? Join Volkswagen Group France Academy's paid alternating training program "Expert Automotive Technician" and become a key contact between workshop teams and customers ensuring quality service and satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
- Greet and analyze customer after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between customers and workshop
- Monitor files and contribute to quality service
Training Details: 12 months alternating between 70% dealership work and 30% academy training, certified with a professional title recognized nationally and within Volkswagen network.
Profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive or client relations
- Driver’s license holder or in progress
- Organized, rigorous, team player with excellent customer contact skills
