What you'll do:
- Welcome clients and assess after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical work and prepare estimates
- Coordinate between customers and the workshop
- Follow up on service cases and quality assurance
Who you are:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma ideally related to automotive, technical or customer relations
- Driving license holder or in process
- Organized, team player with strong customer focus and eagerness to learn
