Are you passionate about cars and enjoy interacting with customers? This role is central to ensuring top-tier service quality and customer satisfaction between the workshop and clients. Join one of the prestigious brands like Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi through the Volkswagen Group France Academy.
What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and understand their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and handover
- Explain technical work and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between customers and the workshop
- Manage follow-ups and contribute to excellent service quality
Program highlights:
- 12-month alternation contract (70% workshop, 30% training)
- Certified by RNCP "TFP Receptionist After-Sales Light Vehicles"
- Operational certification through Volkswagen Group France platform LEMA+
- Support from a dedicated trainer and onsite tutor
Who we're looking for:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Driving license or currently obtaining one
- Client-focused, organized, rigorous, and team player
