Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor Apprenticeship Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive world? Join our paid apprenticeship program 'Automotive Expert Technician' at Volkswagen Group France Academy. You'll be the key contact between the workshop and customers, ensuring top service quality and satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Greet customers and analyze their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle intake and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between clients and workshop
- Track cases and contribute to service quality
Training Details:
- 12-month program combining 70% practical training at dealership and 30% schooling
- Certification: RNCP title "TFP Light Vehicle After-Sales Receiver"
- Fully paid and supported training
Your Profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical or client relations fields
- Driving license holder or learner
- Organized, rigorous, team player with a passion for customer satisfaction
