Role Highlights:
- Serve as key contact for customers managing vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Greet and assess customer after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and returns
- Explain technical work and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between customers and workshop
- Ensure thorough follow-up and quality service delivery
Training Program: 12-month apprenticeship combining 70% on-site at dealership and 30% academic training at VGF Academy. Includes official RNCP certification and Volkswagen Group France operational certification.
Candidate Profile:
- Hold CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, or client relations fields
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong customer relations skills, organized, team player, eager to learn
