What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers and assess after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between customers and workshop
- Ensure follow-up and quality of service
Profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS, ideally in automotive, technical or customer relations
- Driving license holder or in training
- Organized, team player with excellent customer relations
