Job Description
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Join our Volkswagen / Seat / Skoda / Cupra dealership in Tomblaine as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor apprentice. In this role, you will be the key contact between the workshop and customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and identify their after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate between customers and the workshop
- Follow up on cases and ensure quality service
Training & Benefits:
- 12-month apprenticeship combining 70% practical work at the dealership and 30% training at VGF Academy
- Certification: RNCP "TFP After-Sales Vehicle Receptionist" plus Volkswagen Group France certification via LEMA+

Profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, customer relations or commerce fields
- Driving license required
- Organized, rigorous, team player with strong customer relationship skills
