Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and analyze after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical work and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and workshop
- Ensure follow-up and maintain service excellence
Requirements:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills
