Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor Apprenticeship
Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive world? Join Volkswagen Group France Academy's paid apprenticeship program "Automotive Expert Technician" and become a key link between customers and workshops. Work 70% in dealership and 30% in training over 12 months to earn the RNCP title "TFP After-Sales Receptionist Light Vehicles", fully funded and certified by Volkswagen Group France.
Role: Serve as the trusted contact for vehicle after-sales follow-up, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring top customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You'll:
- Welcome clients and analyze after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between customers and workshops
- Ensure quality service and dossier follow-ups
Ideal Candidate: Holds a Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma (preferably automotive, technical, or customer relations), has or is obtaining a driver's license, is organized, customer-focused, and a team player.
