Are you passionate about cars and enjoy client interaction? This role is key in bridging clients and workshop services, ensuring service quality and satisfaction. Over 12 months, you'll engage 70% practical training at one of our dealerships representing brands like Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, and more, and 30% theoretical training at VGF Academy.

What you'll do:

• Welcome clients and identify their after-sales needs
• Organize reception and return of vehicles
• Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
• Coordinate communication between clients and workshop
• Follow-up on files ensuring quality service

Your profile:

• Hold a Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma preferably in automotive or client relation
• Have or be obtaining a driver's license
• Be organized, rigorous, team-oriented, and client-focused
