Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and analyze customers' after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between client and workshop
- Follow up on service quality
Profile:
- Diploma in automotive maintenance, technical, commerce or hospitality (CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)
- Driving license or in training
- Customer-oriented, organized, rigorous, team player
