What you'll do:
- Welcome and assist customers with their after-sales needs
- Coordinate vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical work and provide quotes
- Manage communication between clients and the workshop
- Ensure follow-up on service quality
The apprenticeship lasts 12 months with 70% hands-on work in dealership and 30% training at VGF Academy. The program grants a nationally recognized professional certificate supported by Volkswagen Group France.
