- Welcome clients and analyze after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate between client and workshop
- Follow up on files and ensure service quality
This 12-month remunerated apprenticeship combines 70% practical work in a dealership with 30% training at VGF Academy, leading to a certified professional qualification recognized across the French network.
What you need: A Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS ideally in automotive or customer relations, driving license (or in progress), a team spirit, organization, and a strong client focus.
