What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and analyze their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle intake and handover
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between clients and the workshop
- Ensure follow-up on cases and contribute to service quality
Program Details:
- 12-month apprenticeship combining 70% dealership and 30% training
- Paid and fully covered training
- Leads to RNCP-certified After-Sales Receptionist Qualification
- Supported by dedicated trainers and tutors
Candidate Profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma ideally in automotive, technical, or customer relations fields
- Driving license or in progress
- Organized, rigorous, team player, with a strong sense of customer service and eagerness to learn
