About the Role
Join Volkswagen Group France Academy's paid apprenticeship program as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor. You'll be the vital link between the workshop and customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while gaining hands-on experience with renowned automotive brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi.
What You Will Do
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between clients and the workshop
- Track dossiers and uphold service quality
Training Program
Spend 12 months with 70% practical work in a dealership and 30% training at VGF Academy. This program leads to an RNCP-certified professional title and operational Volkswagen certification via LEMA+ platform.
Your Profile
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, or customer relations fields
- Hold or pursuing a driving license
- Customer-oriented, organized, disciplined, and a team player with a passion for learning
