Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor Apprenticeship

This 12-month paid apprenticeship combines 70% hands-on dealership experience and 30% training at VGF Academy, culminating in a recognized RNCP certification "TFP Receptionist After-Sales Light Vehicles" plus an operational Volkswagen Group France certification.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and analyze after-sales customer needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between clients and the workshop
- Follow up on files to contribute to service quality
Your profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical or client relations fields
- Driver's license holder or candidate
- Organized, rigorous, team player with a strong customer focus and eagerness to learn
