What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and analyze after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and the workshop
- Follow up on files to guarantee service quality
Training details:
- 12 months alternating 70% dealership, 30% training at VGF Academy
- Certified with RNCP "TFP After-Sales Vehicle Receptionist" and Volkswagen Group France certification
- Supported by a dedicated trainer and tutor to boost your skills
Who you are:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS (preferably automotive, technical, or customer relations)
- Holding or obtaining a driving license
- Organized, rigorous, team player with strong client relation skills
