As an After-Sales Client Advisor, you'll be the essential link between clients and the workshop, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This 12-month apprenticeship offers 70% practical experience in dealership and 30% training at VGF Academy, culminating in a recognized professional certification.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and assess customer after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle intake and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between customer and workshop
- Monitor cases and uphold service quality
Your profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, or client relations fields
- Driver’s license holder or in progress
- Customer-oriented, organized, and team player eager to learn
