Your Mission:

• Expert in Customer Relations & Sales: Greet clients, assess needs, and promote after-sales services and related products.
• Manage appointments, invoices, and commercial claims.
• Ensure strict compliance with prices and deadlines.
• Build customer loyalty through clear explanations, secure payments, and post-intervention satisfaction follow-up.
• Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements.
• Quality control before vehicle delivery.
• Manage repair orders and debt clearance.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bac diploma with at least 5 years of experience.
• 2 to 10 years in automotive after-sales.
• Bac+2 in Commerce or Mechanical/Bodywork Vocational Bac.
• Skilled in Mechanics/Bodywork environment, IT tools (Office), and preferably rental services.
• Strong soft skills: rigor, critical thinking, listening, and natural influencing ability.
• Leadership aptitude: team management, quick decision-making, diplomatic and exacting communication.
