Role Overview:
- Welcome clients and assess their after-sales needs

- Explain technical work & prepare estimates
- Coordinate communications between clients and workshop
- Track cases and enhance service quality
🌟 This paid 12-month apprenticeship includes 70% hands-on experience at a dealership and 30% training at VGF Academy.
Earn the RNCP "After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles" certification plus a Volkswagen Group France operational certification. You'll have dedicated support from a trainer and tutor to boost your skills and career prospects.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in automotive maintenance, technical, commerce, or hospitality (CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)
- Driving license or in progress
- Customer-focused, organized, team player with a passion to learn
