Join Volkswagen Group France Academy as an After-Sales Customer Advisor!
Do you have a passion for automotive and enjoy engaging with customers? Become a key liaison between the workshop and clients, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communications between customers and the workshop
- Follow up on service files and uphold quality
Program Details:
- 12-month paid apprenticeship combining 70% dealership work and 30% training at VGF Academy
- Earn a recognized RNCP certification "After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles"
- Receive dedicated mentorship from both a trainer and dealership tutor
Who You Are:
- Holder of a diploma in automotive maintenance, technical field, commerce, or hospitality (CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)
- Owner or soon-to-be holder of a driving license
- Organized, team player with great customer relation skills
