Your Mission: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, conduct commercial analysis of client demands.
  • Establish quotes and communicate commercial details (such as pricing and delivery) to clients.
  • Propose solutions in exceptional client situations.
  • Record orders, verify conditions (delivery times, packaging, etc.), and inform clients.
  • Help improve the parts management system with your expertise.
  • Engage in client follow-ups for late payments.
  • Manage returns to factories and issue credit notes.
  • Apply compliance protocols for export parts.
  • Provide technical knowledge to assist in part determination.
  • Consult catalogs or diagrams for specific parts.

Required Resources

  • Product training, ERP/SAP software, technical databases.

Professional Knowledge

  • Sales negotiation & client relations expertise.
  • ERP systems knowledge (SAP advantageous).
  • Mechanical/hydraulic knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel required.
  • Operational English, German is a plus.

Personal Qualities

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, articulate communication, team spirit, autonomous. Capable of managing a high-pressure environment.

Experience

  • Desired: Bac to Bac+2 in commerce, sales, negotiation, technical fields with similar role experience.

Contract Type: Permanent, 37 hours/week, daytime work. Benefits: Meal vouchers/meal allowances. No travel required.
