As a Heavy Duty Parts Sales Representative (M/F), you'll join the team directly linked with the Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include: working directly with customers (at the counter and/or by phone), welcoming clients, identifying their needs, advising on products, searching for requested parts in our database, drafting quotes, issuing invoices, handling client returns and complaints, processing orders with a focus on customer satisfaction, keeping sales staff informed, and preparing orders. You'll ensure product quality and customer satisfaction in line with our company's policy.
