Manpower POITIERS INDUSTRIE TERTIAIRE is seeking an expert automotive after-sales technician (M/F) in Poitiers on a permanent contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance focusing on thermal engines and peripheral equipment, mechanical assemblies, and electrical/electronic/hydraulic/optical systems, ensuring vehicle operation, comfort, and safety.
• Installation of accessories on vehicles.

Maintenance Organization:

• Collaborate with manufacturers and equipment suppliers for maintenance management, receive and relay technical information.
• Update and file technical documentation.
• Plan technical interventions.
• Maintain work area/tooling and apply quality procedures.
• Provide technical advice to clients and prepare necessary workshop documentation, quotes, and repair orders.
• Occasionally assist with client reception and vehicle return.
• Offer training and technical support to after-sales staff and participate in training/tutoring of apprentices.

Special Conditions:

• Handle specialized interventions on electric, specific vehicles, or those requiring certification (e.g., LPG, CNG).
• Manage maintenance/refurbishment for commercial/industrial vehicles, operate on comfort and electronic systems, and oversee motorbike task allocation and control.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of automotive mechanical experience.
• Qualification in vehicle maintenance (Bac Pro, Professional Technician, or CQP).

Conditions:

• Fixed salary range from €28k to €32k annually.
• 37 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
• Monthly bonus of €250 gross and semi-annual bonus of €1200 for productivity targets.
• Participation bonus.
