Position: The role involves daily customer relationship management with a focus on organization and maintenance management, seeking a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join the team at our Peugeot dealership in Longueau (80). Key duties include:

• Customer Service: Drafting repair orders, offering packages, upselling products/services, billing, and payment processing.
• Maintenance Management: Scheduling, coordinating with manufacturer services, and updating technical documents.
• Client Return & Follow-up: Vehicle handover, handling complaints, and promoting services.
• Client Retention: Building and maintaining client relationships.

Applicants should have solid client service skills, team collaboration aptitude, the ability to multitask, and prior after-sales automotive experience. Passion for automobiles is a plus.
