Automobile After-Sales Manager
Join our team as an Automobile After-Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager. You will:
- Lead 5 teams of approximately 50 staff
- Organize and supervise team operations
- Facilitate team meetings
- Manage scheduling and set priorities
- Mentor young apprentices
- Assist in recruitment, and plan and monitor staff training
- Conduct staff evaluations
- Handle client relations: welcome, consult (including technical advice), vehicle reception and return, and invoice explanations
- Ensure customer loyalty
- Manage client disputes
- Contribute to the organization and management of the center
