In our workshops, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults (electrical, electronic, or mechanical) according to your skill level, performing requested vehicle interventions (repair, maintenance) strictly following repair orders, ordering spare parts, conducting final checks before customer delivery, handling insurance claims, managing customer relationships end-to-end, and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Diploma level from BEP to professional baccalaureate (mechanics, Bac Pro MAVA)
- Proven experience in the role
- Knowledge of automotive after-sales services
- Driver's license B
