Position Details
- Role: Automotive Mechanic (M/F)
- Contract: Permanent (CDI)
- Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary: €2300 to €2700 gross monthly + performance-based bonuses
- Benefits: Health insurance, bonuses, company committee advantages
Candidate Profile
- CAP/Bac Pro or equivalent in automotive mechanics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for customer service
- Rigorous, dynamic, and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance
- Carry out regulated periodic maintenance
- Repair or replace parts including suspension, brakes, batteries, filters
- Conduct pollution and oil checks
- Replace defective parts such as wipers and bulbs
- Handle complex repairs like timing belt, turbo, clutch, gearbox, engine
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction
- Diagnose faults with support from expert technicians
- Use technical documentation and adhere to company quality procedures
