Position Details:
- Location: Marseille 13th
- Contract: CDI (Permanent)
- Working hours: 39 hours, Monday to Friday
- Salary: €2300 to €2700 gross monthly + performance-linked bonuses
- Benefits: health insurance, bonuses, employee committee
Candidate Profile:
- CAP/Bac Pro or equivalent in automotive mechanics
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Rigorous, dynamic, and able to work autonomously or in a team
Responsibilities:
- Perform all preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regulated routine vehicle maintenance
- Replace parts and conduct repairs such as shock absorbers, tires, brakes, batteries, filters
- Carry out pollution control and oil changes
- Replace defective parts (wiper blades, bulbs, etc.)
- Handle complex operations like timing belt, turbo, clutch, gearbox, engine replacements
- Research faults, supported by expert technicians if necessary
- Utilize technical documentation and follow quality procedures
