Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the sales location
- Conduct estimates and trade-ins of used vehicles
- Welcome prospects and clients
- Sell used vehicles and additional services (credit, lease options, maintenance contracts, warranty extensions)
- Handle order returns and disputes
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from order to delivery
- Contribute to daily agency management tasks
- Report market and competitor information
