Job Responsibilities
- Prospect, inform, advise, and follow up with customers on models, delivery times, prices, and possible discounts.
- Develop and maintain client portfolio.
- Identify customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
- Retain customers by presenting various car models' features including technical specifications, engine type, fuel consumption, and available equipment.
- Advise and satisfy customers to drive sales growth.
- Present financing options and related products such as credit or leasing conditions.
- Manage activities related to the trade-in of used vehicles.
- Negotiate trade-in values for used vehicles.
- Oversee and track marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
- Degree equivalent to Bac+2 in commerce with confirmed experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Naturally inclined towards sales roles with strong commercial sense and a passion for service.
- Dynamic, performance-driven, proactive, with excellent customer persuasion and satisfaction skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and proficient in IT and office software tools.
