Based in Floirac (33), you will work in a dynamic call center environment under the Call Center Manager (C2A).
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients;
- Analyze client requests, advise, and promote additional or substitute products;
- Manage orders, pricing, and follow-up communications;
- Support sales sector managers and enrich the client database;
- Handle administrative tasks including order tracking and complaint management.
Required qualifications:
- Education: Bac to Bac +2 (Sales or Industrial Vehicle Maintenance)
- Experience in spare parts sales, preferably automotive or industrial vehicles
- Strong sales and telephone negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, stress management, and client listening skills
